Director of Development & Communications

Belmont House Foundation is seeking an experienced fundraising generalist to serve as its Director of Development & Communications. Reporting to the CEO, this strategic and hands-on leader will drive fundraising strategy, cultivate and steward donors, and oversee communications in support of Belmont House’s significant capital expansion. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in advancing best-in-class care and community impact.

Dietary Aide – Casual

Reporting to the Food Service Supervisor, the Dietary Aide provides meal service according to the resident plan of care while ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Casual opportunities are available immediately for Applicants that are able to work the following shift rotations: 4:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. / 4:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. & occasionally 7 a.m. – 3 p.m. Weekend work is required.

Registered Practical Nurse – Casual

Reporting to the Assistant Director of Care & Nursing Supervisor a Registered Practical Nurse will provide clinical nursing services to residents through direct care or coordination of the care team.

Registered Nurse – Casual

Reporting to the Assistant Director of Care (and indirectly to the Director of Care), a Registered Nurse will provide clinical nursing services to residents through direct care or coordination of the care team.

Cleaner – Casual

Casual opportunities are available immediately for Applicants that are able to work the following shift rotations: 7am-3:30pm / 7:30am-4pm / 3:30pm-midnight / 11pm-7:30am

Housekeeper – Casual

Part Time & Casual opportunities are available immediately for Applicants that are able to work rotations in housekeeping and laundry services 7am to 3:30pm and 11am to 7:30pm. Weekend shifts available.

Health Care Aide (PSW) – Casual

Reporting to the Assistant Director of Care, this position, as part of the multidisciplinary team, provides personal care and services to residents.
