Planned Giving
The Best Home for you, your parents, your
children, and generations to come…
For almost 150 years Belmont House has served the community by providing
high quality residential service to seniors. How can you ensure the
quality of care at Belmont House for future generations?
One
answer is through a Planned Gift.
Can you imagine Belmont House in ten, twenty or thirty years? What
a challenging question, particularly when you consider the changes
made in the last decade. Belmont House recognizes the important role
it must play today and in the future.
What is Planned Giving?
The most commonly used types of planned gift is a bequests in your Will. Gifts of life insurance, charitable gift annuities, gifts of property
and Named Endowment funds are other planned giving vehicles.
Planned Gifts are different from any other type of giving! A person
can often make a substantially larger gift from assets because of
resources built up over a lifetime and there are considerable tax
savings in a properly structured planned gift.
Benefits of a Planned Gift:
You make a dream happen
that you might not have thought possible;
You have the peace
of mind of knowing that your gift is in place for the future;
Planned gifts create
a lasting endowment that allows the gift to live on, perhaps in your
family name;
You can be part of
a special group of people, the “Heritage Circle” who have
made a commitment to ensure the Best Residential Care for Seniors
…from generation to generation.
