Our Health Care Team

An interdisciplinary team collaborates to meet the care needs of our residents. Physicians, nurses, physiotherapists, dietitians, activity professionals, and pastoral care personnel all participate in the development of an individualized care plan. Under the leadership of our Medical Director, Dr. Bradley Birmingham; our attending physicians, Dr. Rosanna Honig, Dr. Esther Krigstein, and Dr. Morton Reingold, provide primary care for all Belmont’s Long Term Care residents.

Our Care Model
Belmont’s new care delivery model is moving towards a much-needed mix of expertise to serve the needs of the frail elderly, using registered nurses, registered practical nurses and health care aides. This model enables health professionals to best utilize their specialized skills to improve resident focused care.

Health Care Service
Belmont House provides a variety of services to meet the needs of our residents, from physiotherapy to palliative care, dental vision and foot care. These are just a few of the in-house options available to long term care residents.
